These Terms & Conditions govern the use of EPPTIVA’s software products and website. By accessing or using our software, you agree to comply with the following terms:

1. License Grant

EPPTIVA grants the user a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software strictly for personal or professional engineering purposes. Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing is strictly prohibited.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, interfaces, designs, and software code remain the exclusive intellectual property of EPPTIVA. Unauthorized copying or modification is forbidden.

3. Restrictions

Users may not:

• reverse engineer or bypass the software’s security systems
• share license keys, activations, or installation files
• resell, redistribute, or sublicense the software
• modify or create derivative versions

4. Software Updates

EPPTIVA is not obligated to provide updates, patches, or continued support. Any updates released are provided at our discretion.

5. Limitation of Liability

EPPTIVA is not responsible for damages resulting from:

• incorrect engineering inputs
• failure of user hardware or operating system
• software incompatibility
• data loss or corruption

6. Termination

EPPTIVA may terminate licenses for violation of these terms, fraud, unauthorized sharing, or attempts to circumvent activation or security systems.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of El Salvador. Any disputes shall be handled exclusively by the competent courts of San Salvador.
