Refund Policy

EPPTIVA products are digital software delivered electronically. Due to the irreversible nature of access to digital content, this Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through EPPTIVA or authorized distribution platforms.

1. Refund Eligibility After Delivery

Once access to the Software has been granted, delivered, downloaded, or activated, a refund request may be considered if the user is unable to access or use the Software due to a verified technical issue that cannot be resolved by EPPTIVA's support team within a reasonable timeframe. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and must include proof of purchase and a detailed explanation of the issue experienced.

2. Digital Product Access and Responsibility

Due to the nature of digital products, EPPTIVA cannot remove downloaded files, reverse installations, or verify whether a user has retained copies of the Software. For this reason, refunds will not normally be granted for reasons such as:

3. Refund Assessment Criteria

Refund requests will be evaluated if the customer is unable to access or use the Software due to a verified technical issue that cannot be resolved by EPPTIVA's support team. Valid refund requests must meet all of the following conditions:

5. Support Disclaimer

EPPTIVA may offer optional guidance or assistance. Failure of optional support to resolve an issue does not automatically entitle the user to a refund.

6. Fraud Prevention

EPPTIVA reserves the right to revoke access if fraud, unauthorized distribution, license key sharing, or attempts to bypass activation systems are detected.

7. Payment Processor Responsibility

All transactions are handled by third-party processors such as Paddle. Refund disputes initiated externally may result in license review or suspension.

8. Acceptance of Digital Goods

By downloading or accessing the Software, you acknowledge full acceptance that EPPTIVA has fulfilled its delivery obligations.

9. Legal Jurisdiction

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of El Salvador. Disputes shall be handled by the courts of San Salvador.
